May 23 & 24th
A Giant Used Book Sale will be held at the St. Croix Public Library on Friday and Saturday, May 23rd and 24th. Located at 11 King Street in St. Stephen. Open Friday from 9-6 and Saturday, from 9-1pm.

May 24th
A benefit will be held for Jeanne Smith (Jessi's Mom) on Saturday, May 24th, at the Bayside Hall, Route 127, from 1-4pm. A great line-up of country/gospel/bluegrass music including Frank Beck, Gerald Rushton, Rolly Waddingham, Claudette Norman, Alan Scott, Maggie Mawhinney, Peter and Marlene Moffat, Mike Scott, and Jessi. Free will donation, 50/50 draw, silent auction, lots of food and fellowship. Jeanne is currently undergoing radiation treatments for cancer, lives alone, and is unable to work. All proceeds will go to help her with expenses during her time of need. For more information, call Jessi at 466-2222. 

May 24th
The Pennfield Presbyterian Kirk will host a church supper on Saturday, May 24th, at 5pm. Menu will be Baked Ham, baked beans, and potato salad, all the fixings and dessert. Tickets are $10, sold in advance. For more info call Helen at 755-3827.

On Saturday, May 24th, the Town of St. George is hosting a town wide yardsale from 9-2pm. Check Facebook under 3rd Annual Town Wide Yard Sale St. George for a list of addresses of yardsales around town. If you arent a resident, you are welcome to set up a table in town. May 24th
A "Fun, Funky, & Fashion New to You Accessory Sale" will be held on Saturday, May 24th from 10-2 at the Masonic Hall, 9 Main Street in St. Stephen. A fun shopiing event to help support the work of IODE Heritage Chapter.

May 24th
The Flavours New Brunswick Food Festival will be held on Saturday, May 24th, at NBCC in St. Andrews, from 6:30-10pm. A celebration of creation using the unique products available from land to sea in NB. Chefs, producers, and hospitality students coming together to showcase what NB has to offer. The Medavie Blue Cross MS Walk will take place in St. Stephen on Sunday, May 25th. Meet at the St. Stephen High School. Check in starts at 9am, walk starts at 10. May 26th and 27th
The St. Croix Theatre Company holding auditions for a radio play, on Monday and Tuesday, May 26th and 27th from 7-9 at Humphrey's Funeral Home in St. Stephen. Everyone is welcome to attend. For more information send an email to stcroixtheatrenb@gmail.com.

May 31st
"Bark for the Park " is happening at the Ganong Nature Park on Saturday, May 31st. A little slice of heaven for local dogs and their families! There will be a Dog Walk and vendors promoting and selling all things DOG. there will be agility and training demos, face painting, contests, a photo booth for your furry family members  and much more! All proceeds from this fundraiser will be used for trail maintenace and repair. Also, ask them about the Dog House on May 30th from 12-5pm. June 15th
The Second Annual Bay of Fundy International Marathon is the only marathon on the east coast spanning both the US and Canada, and it will be held Sunday, June 15th! Registrations is now open at bayoffundymarathon.com. This is a fully certified and chipped course(US and Canada), making it a Boston Marathon qualifying event, It offers a challenge for experienced runners and fun for beginners!

September 12
The Charlotte County Fall Fair proudly presents The Bouthill Band and Canadian Music Recording Artist Chris Cummings, on Friday, Sept 12th, from 7-9pm under the Big Tent at Ganong Nature Park, located atTodd's Point at the end of the Ledge Rd, in St. Stephen.
